Alaska Cedar Large ships would come into Bandon's port and load up with lumber. This is the Alaska Cedar with the Port of Bandon's tug. This was taken in the early 1950s.

We even had a paddle wheeler called the Bold Duck. Built by the Bolduc brothers, it was used for tours, weddings and parties. Moore Mill Truck Shop is in the background.
