Face Rock Creamery is opening May 8th, 2013 and is planning to offer handmade medium, sharp and extra sharp cheddar, along with various flavored and specialtiy cheeses. Besides cheese, they will also be offering the "squeaky cheese curds" and Umpqua Ice Cream cones that the original cheese factory here was so well known for! | |
