Bandon Profile |
| Known to the Spanish navigators, named by an Irish Lord, surviving two devastating fires, Bandon thrives in the temperate climate of the Souther Oregon coast. Its magnificent location at the mouth of the Coquille River creates a small paradise for both residents and visitors. Walk along pristine beaches, check out the tide pools at low tide, see the variety of birds who make the rocks and sea stacks their home, and look for the agates, plentiful after a storm. In Old Town, stroll along the scenic boardwalk with its pathways and nature areas, visit the many fine shops, galleries and restaurants, go crabbing on our crabbing dock and have your crab cooked for you, go out on a chartered fishing boat or spend the day golfing. These are just some of the activities to enjoy while you are here. Stop by our Visitor Center for more information on the many things to do and see in Bandon and ask for relocation information. |
