Jim is a massage instructor, experienced in medical massage (working with doctors to help heal or lessen many injuries or diseases), sports massage, certified in Imagery work (using images to relax & heal), meditation and a martial art (Jujitsu) instructor.
He is the author of several health articles and a public speaker with a current program, Relaxed Success. Jim shares positive & fun attitudes, teaches meditation, imagery & short, simple exercises that everyone has time to do.
While Jim offers deep tissue massage, it is adjusted to each person's needs.
