It all started with a winning entry in the Bandon Cranberry Festival Food Fair. Hazel Colgrove, a rural wife and mother of three, cooked up a batch and her new venture had begun! All it took was a little encouragement from someone who tasted it and said it would sell and Hazel was well on her way to bottling her first 1,000 bottles. A proud Bandon tradition continues with Paula producing the products.
