Driving from Portland

This drive normally takes about 4-5 hours depending on which route you choose.
There are a number of ways to reach Bandon from Portland.
The quickest route is to take I-5 to Hwy 38 over to Hwy 101 and down to Bandon. (4:15 hrs)
You can also take I-5 to Eugene out Hwy 126 to Florence and down Hwy 101 to Bandon. (4:45 hrs)
An alternate route is to take I-5 down to the Roseburg area (Winston) and travel Hwy 42 over to Coquille then to
Hwy 42S over to Bandon. (5:15 hrs)

 

Driving From the Sacramento/Bay Area

Traveling between Sacramento/Bay Area and Bandon takes about 9 hours.
The most common route is traveling I-5 to Hwy 42 at Winston over to Coquille then to Bandon over Hwy 42S.
You may also cut over at Grants Pass, take Hwy 199 through Cave Junction to Hwy 101 just above Crecent City. This road
can have snow in winter and is not recommended for long vehicles.
Or you may take I-80 west to Hwy 37 in Vallejo to Hwy 101 at Navato and up the coast. This is a scenic but lengthy drive. 
(This is the most common route from San Francisco)

 

Driving From Washington

Driving from Seattle to Bandon takes about 7-8 hours.
The quickest route is to take I-5 south of Eugene to Hwy 38 and travel over to Reedsport to Hwy 101 and down to Bandon.
You can also take I-5 to Eugene and travel Hwy 126 to Florence and down Hwy 101 to Bandon.
An alternate route is to take I-5 to Winston and travel Hwy 42 over to Coquille and take Hwy 42S over to Bandon.
