Tidepool Ecology
Port of Bandon Boardwalk Picnic Shelter
Bandon, Oregon
Friday, July 18, 2014
6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Fawn Custer, Coastwatch & OMDT Volunteer Coordinator will lead this lecture.
Tidepools have an amazing diversity of organisms whose lives are intricately intertwined. This is phenomenal considering they have to withstand the onslaught of waves, predators, dessication and fresh water. During this presentation, you'll be able to get up close and personal with some of these organisms and learn to recognize some that are coming in on tsunami debris.
