Fees
& Deposit:
Applies to all stays. 2 night minimum stay on weekends and holidays.
Security deposit of $100 is refundable following inventory and
inspection.
Reservations:
To guarantee reservations, a check or money order for the first
night's lodging in the amount of $100 must be received within 10
days of making the reservation. The balance of rental fees, taxes
and deposits are due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation
policy:
Your $100 deposit will be returned only if you cancel at least
14 days prior to your scheduled check-in date.
Pet
policy:
Small housebroken pets ok. $10 per day.
(Maximum of $50 per week, $100 per month.
